PLAYER PHOTOS - MAKEUP DATE (11/18 @ MIA)

Did you miss the first photo sessions? No worries! VIP Photography will be on-site at the Madison Ice Arena on Wednesday, November 18 for a player photo makeup session.

Photo Session Details

 • Location: Rosevear Room, Madison Ice Arena

 • Time: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

 • VIP Photography already has player information on file, so players simply need to provide their name when they arrive.

 • Photo proofs and ordering information will be sent directly to parents/caregivers once available.

What to Wear: Players should arrive in:

 • Full hockey gear (minus the helmet)

 • BLUE jersey and BLUE socks

If you plan to have your player photographed before practice, please arrive at least 45 minutes early.

Important

Even if you do not plan to purchase photos, please make sure your player has their picture taken. Team photos will be created using composite images from these individual photos, and we want every player represented on the Polar Caps Photo Board at MIA.

Coaches

Coaches are welcome to participate as well! If you coach multiple teams, you only need one photo. Simply let VIP Photography know which teams you coach.

Thank you for helping ensure every player is included in this year's team photo display. We look forward to seeing you there!
