Vaccine Clinic 10/22

As a means of giving back to our greater community, West Madison Polar Caps are pleased to announce that we again partnered with the Mobile Vaccine Clinic to bring the clinic to MIA on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 22 from 5:30-8:30 pm.

This is a clinic that is supported by and accepted by all local health plans and the Dane County Department of Public Health. The mobile clinic provides vaccines to anyone ages 5-64. You do not need to be a Polar Cap to get a vaccine, so please invite your neighbors, friends, and family members within this age group. This is an excellent opportunity for you to get your family vaccinated at a more convenient time and location than your traditional clinic. The following vaccines will be offered:

Flu

TDAP

DTAP

Hep A

Hep B

MMR

HPV

Meningococcal

Polio

Varicella

You do not need to pre-register. Just show up and if you have an insurance card, bring it. If you don’t that’s fine, too.
