Coaches Registration
Coaches registration is live for the season. See the below info from the coaches corner on what is needed to register and coach with Polar Caps for the 2025-2026 season.

USA Hockey Requirement
Each Coach must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to sign up for the Season.
Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register yourself. Be sure to PRINT and SAVE each confirmation code(s). Each coach must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1. It takes a few minutes (sometimes even longer) for the USA Hockey database to update, so your confirmation code may not work in our system right away after they issue it.
Additional Coaching Requirements
Once you have completed your USA Hockey and West Madison Polar Caps coach registration, you need to complete the remaining requirements through USA Hockey including:

Before stepping on the ice you need to have your background check and SafeSport complete. The Age Level module should be completed as soon as possible and your CEP class will need to be completed prior to 12/31 or you can no longer coach.
